1. Who we are and how to contact us
This policy explains how Neom Gardens collects and uses personal data when you visit https://neom-gardens.com or contact us about our products, distribution or manufacturing opportunities.
The controller responsible for your data is Neom Gardens.
For privacy questions or requests, email sales@neom-gardens.com with the subject “Privacy request”.
2. Information we collect
- Information you provide: your name, email, phone number, country, messages, product inquiries and selected quantities. Product suggestions also include the suggestion type, related category or product, and the idea and details you submit.
- Requests for contact: your email, preferred language, the page from which you submitted the request, and request follow-up and notification-delivery information.
- Visit information: IP address, pages visited, visit time and approximate country, region and city inferred from your IP address. Hosting logs may also contain browser, device and error information.
- Optional analytics and advertising information: when these tools are enabled and you consent, cookie identifiers, device and browsing information, campaign sources and website interactions may be collected.
Please do not send sensitive financial information, identity documents or personal information unrelated to your inquiry. Without required contact details, we may be unable to respond.
3. How and why we use information
We use information to answer inquiries, prepare product offers, follow up requests and business relationships, review product suggestions, operate and protect the website, understand visits and improve content, meet legal obligations and handle claims.
We rely on the legal basis applicable to each activity, including consent, steps you request before entering a contract and performance of a contract, or a legal obligation. Processing visit information to improve the website requires a lawful basis permitted in your jurisdiction; visit measurement is not automatically essential processing.
An inquiry or contact request allows us to respond about that request; it does not itself subscribe you to general marketing. Any marketing communications must have the required lawful basis. You can ask us to stop them through the email above or an available unsubscribe method.
4. Cookies and browser storage
The website uses cookies and storage technologies to support sessions, the product cart, form security and certain preferences.
When enabled, Google Analytics measures website usage and Meta Pixel measures Facebook and Instagram advertising after you consent to the relevant category. You can accept all, reject all or choose individual categories, and revisit your choice using “Cookie settings” in the footer when these tools are enabled. These category choices are remembered in browser local storage for up to 180 days before a new choice is requested.
Rejecting these tools does not necessarily stop server logs or our server-side recording of visits and approximate location; that separate processing is described in this policy. You can also delete cookies and site data through your browser, although some functions may be affected. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
See also Google’s privacy policy and Meta’s privacy policy.
5. Who receives information
Authorized staff and hosting, email and technical service providers may access information as needed to provide their services. IP addresses may be sent to approximate-location lookup providers. Google and Meta receive information associated with their tools when enabled and you consent.
We may also share necessary information with relevant manufacturing, distribution or logistics partners to fulfill your request, and with advisers or authorities where legally required or justified. This notice does not constitute consent to unnecessary sharing or third-party marketing.
6. International processing
Responding to your request or delivering website services may involve processing in other countries, including those where our teams, partners or providers operate. International transfers are subject to applicable legal requirements and required safeguards. Contact us for information about destinations, recipients and safeguards relating to your data.
7. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as necessary for its purpose, taking account of legal and accounting obligations and disputes. Periods vary for inquiries, business records, visit information and backups; you can ask about the retention period applying to your data. When legal and operational needs end, information is deleted or made non-identifying.
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect information and restrict access. No electronic transmission or storage method is completely secure.
8. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access and a copy, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability where applicable, withdrawal of consent and an end to direct marketing. Legal exceptions or recordkeeping obligations may limit some requests.
Contact us using the email above. We may request limited information to verify your identity and will respond within the period required by applicable law. You may also complain to the competent data protection authority in your jurisdiction.
9. External services, children and changes
WhatsApp, social networks, maps and external websites have their own privacy policies when you use them. Our services are intended for business communications and are not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us so we can consider deletion under applicable law.
We may update this policy as services or legal requirements change. We will display the updated date and provide additional notice of material changes where required. Continued browsing does not automatically constitute consent to processing requiring separate permission.
